It may be possible to use your New College room earlier than the formal check in time of 12 noon, but if not, then it will be possible to leave bags at the Porters' Lodge. If you have reserved a room for the Sunday night then please check in at the Porters' Lodge on arrival after noon.
Check out time on Wednesday is prior to 10 a.m. and, again, it will be possible to leave your bags at the Porters' Lodge until the conference end on the Wednesday afternoon.

In order to logon for the first time, it is necessary to follow an online activation process, which is only possible during working hours. Once activated, the connection can be used 24 hours a day. There are also several computers with existing internet access available to use free-of-charge, 24 hours a day within the Junior Common Room of New College.
