Accommodation for this meeting will be provided in Pollock Halls of Residence at the University of Edinburgh. 155 en suite rooms have been reserved for the conference, available on a first come, first served basis.

BSID accommodation will be in Holland House (see map), with meals (breakfast and Monday evening dinner) served in the John McIntyre Conference Centre. The bar is also located in the JMCC. The Tuesday evening dinner will be in the Playfair Library, University of Edinburgh (Old College, at the corner of South Bridge and Chambers St).

The conference venue (Quincentenary Hall; see Travel) is approximately 1 mile from Pollock Halls, Edinburgh Waverley railway station is 1.6 miles away and Edinburgh Airport is 9 miles to the west.
