4. Projection facilities
Electronic Powerpoint projection will also be available this year for the BSID meeting. Authors are advised to bring their presentation pre-loaded onto their own laptops with a backup copy on CD/Zip. An audio visual technician will be available to assist and there are 4-way switches in the lecture theatre so that laptops can be connected prior to the session. The data projection system is compatible with Apple Macs. Single slide projection will be available and glass mounted slides are recommended.
