Abstract Submissions – BSID 2026

Submission Deadline: 11.59 pm on Monday 15th December 2025.

From Wednesday 1 October 2025, the abstract submissions for consideration for BSID 2026 will be accepted via our online registration system.

The BSID is a friendly meeting that is ideal for the student, clinical fellow or post-doc research presentation at a national level, so please do submit your new research data.
Please note that if you submit an abstract for consideration for the BSID Annual Meeting, EXACTLY the same submission cannot be considered for the BAD Annual Meeting.
However, submissions that explore a different perspective and are similar but not identical to previously submitted work are welcome.

Abstracts will be judged in a blind fashion by the Abstract Committee, made up by the BSID Committee and 2 Independent Experts. When judging abstract submissions, the BSID Committee has a COI policy with committee members not scoring their own abstract to ensure impartiality & fairness throughout the judging process.
